I was inspired to write this article because these are seven false ideas which keep me in a state of anxiety, stress and fear.Because I am committed to practicing inner peace and a state of being rooted in infinite joy, bliss and self-compassion, I decided to share this list with you so that you can see how what the world shows us as “the best way” may in fact not
be the best way for us.
Here are seven expectations you may hold for yourself. As you read this list I ask you to consider: “How is this expectation contributing to my happiness?”
If the expectation is not contributing to your happiness, I ask that you allow yourself to let it go.
